FinanceItNOW provides administrative support services only. We are not a lender, credit broker, or financial adviser and are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as our services do not constitute regulated financial activity.

2. Our Services

FinanceItNOW offers a paid administrative service to assist customers in completing online finance inquiry forms based on the information and instructions they provide.

We do not:

  • Arrange or negotiate finance agreements
  • Provide financial advice or recommendations
  • Receive commission or payments from lenders, brokers, or other third parties

Any finance decisions and agreements are made directly between the customer and the finance provider. Our role ends once we forward the finance offer(s) to the customer.

3. Customer Responsibilities

By submitting your information through our website, you confirm that:

  • The details you provide are true, accurate, and complete
  • You give explicit consent for us to process your information and submit finance inquiry forms on your behalf
  • You understand that our service is limited to administration only and does not include financial guidance or product advice

4. Fees and Payments

Our service is subject to an administrative fee, payable in advance. The fee amount will be clearly displayed before payment is taken.

  • The fee is for our time and effort in submitting finance inquiries
  • It is not related to the outcome of any finance applications
  • Payment must be made before finance approvals are shared with you

5. Refund Policy

We are committed to fairness, transparency, and doing right by our customers. You are eligible for a full instant refund of the admin fee if:

  • You do not receive a finance approval, or
  • You inform us that you do not wish to proceed, for any reason, at any point before a finance approval is provided

Once finance approval details have been sent to you, the service is considered fulfilled, and the fee becomes non-refundable.

Refunds are processed immediately back to your original payment method upon request or confirmation of cancellation.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

FinanceItNOW is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), registration number ZB879014, and fully complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Your personal data is:

  • Collected and processed with your consent
  • Shared only with third-party finance providers for the purpose of processing your inquiry
  • Deleted if you do not wish to proceed or upon request
  • Never sold or used for marketing unless you have explicitly consented

7. Limitation of Liability

FinanceItNOW is not responsible for:

  • The outcome of any finance application
  • The actions or decisions of third-party lenders
  • Any purchases or financial agreements made by you following a finance approval

Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for our service.

All content on the FinanceItNOW website, including text, branding, graphics, and layouts, is owned by FinanceItNOW and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
